Bringing to the helm Matthieu Landillon from the coastal city of Marseille, La Nouvelle allows Chef Michael to explore classic French Bistro fare with an elevated edge. The atmosphere will lead you to the streets of Paris without leaving St. Augustine. La Nouvelle’s menu features our interpretations of French Classics like French Onion Soup, Burgundy Escargots, Steak Tartare, Warm Chèvre Salad, Quiche Lorraine, Duck Confit, Steak Frites, Filet Aux Poivres and house made Profiteroles.
