MISSION STATEMENT:
To continually surpass the expectations of guests that dine at locally and independently owned restaurants. To encourage support and enhance visibility for independently owned businesses. To continually contribute to and advance St. Augustine’s unique culinary and cultural diversity.
Special Note : Cortesse Bistro is Open for Business Cortesse's experienced a fire this week and their main building was badly damaged. But, Cortesse's is a SAiRA member. So, the members of SAiRA are pitching in to help. Many things cannot be done until the fire chief and state agencies sign off on new permits so that clean up may begin. In the meantime, Cortesse's off premise catering needs a kitchen. Michael Smyth of Cortesse's has been offered the kitchen of Gypsy Cab Co. while Cortesse's kitchen is unusable.
Cortesse's Flamingo Room and bar is still open! Light dining and bar specials are still available. This weekend, August 15, 2008 the patio/courtyard at Cortesse's will be open for light summer dining. They are open 7 days a week 11 am to 10pm.
